Into The Life is a space for those ready to meet that moment. To deepen conscious self-leadership and alignment as you create a more honest relationship with yourself and life.
It is about restoring the coherence between how you express, how you connect, how you lead, how you live and how you contribute.
When the unknown is no longer constantly resisted, life becomes less performative, more alive and intentional.

I'm Agnieszka. I walk alongside those at turning points, when the new way of living wants to emerge. My work is shaped by over a decade of experience, rooted in transformative breathwork, conscious leadership, and embodied coaching.

We often try to think our way into change and into life. But coherent change does not live in the head alone. It happens through a quality of presence in relationship with ourselves, the body, emotions, thoughts, and the unknown. When our full human intelligence is aligned, change becomes a living practice.

The foundations of change. A held group process to rewire how you relate to yourself, others, and the inner journey itself. Integrative path to deepen inner discernment, and conscious self-leadership. We work in small groups. Two openings per year.
